The design of the LORENZ S8 represents a further development of model S7/500,
which was successful over many years.
A considerable increase in driving power, reinforced cast iron bodies and

speed as well as circulation system lubrication for all moving parts correspond
to the demands of a modern gear cutting machine.
The machine is suitable for internal- and external gears. The capacity has been
adapted to experience and has been extended to the following maximum values.
